On Saturday, February 28th, I will be hosting a retirement workshop. Doors will open at 9 am, and the presentation will start promptly at 10 am here at the IBEW Local 531 Union Hall. Overall, should last about 2-2.5 hours. We will have coffee/juice and donuts. We have made improvements since the last workshop and I would highly encourage anyone close to retirement to show up. I would also encourage anyone, regardless of age, to show up and better understand what retirements we have, and how they work. This is very informative and will have time for questions. We also recently added 1 on 1 consulting from Empower at no cost to the members. This will help members properly invest their Money Purchase dollars to maximize returns throughout their careers. A representative from Empower will be here to discuss what this is all about, and will even be able to start scheduling appointments at a later date.
