As you all know, Microsoft will be coming to LaPorte very soon. The city is also trying to annex more property by the site for more Microsoft expansion. This will create hundreds, if not a few thousand, IBEW jobs for years to come. The city has asked us to come to the Monday night City Council meeting, 13th, to support this initiative. I would ask anyone living in LaPorte city limits, to please come to city hall on Monday afternoon, 5pm, to support this. You will not have to speak but we want a large "labor" presence showing support for the city council members to see. We may have some T shirts to give you but please wear Orange in case we run out of shirts. Please text me and let me know if you will be there so I can have an idea of a headcount. 219-405-5790
