Current major projects:

Westville prison: new construction with 3+ years left. Working 40 hours with spotty OT, paying journeyman 10% over scale.

Mammoth Solar: NMA project in the Winamac area building a 1.2GW solar farm. 2+ year project working 5 10s minimum. Currently paying bk1 and bk2 10% over scale.

Jasper Solar: Tri-trade project building a 84MW solar farm. Working overtime with unknown incentives at this time.

Coming major projects:

Dunns Bridge Solar: Tri-trade project. Will start around May/June with Cupertino Electric. 18+ month job will have plenty of overtime and will be paying bk1 and bk2 10% over scale.

NIPSCO: June will start preliminary work for the new 3-unit natural gas/hydrogen peaker plant at the Schahfer Generating Station in Wheatfield.

Microsoft Data Center: Preliminary work should begin in the Fall.
