It’s come to our attention that the post-65 retirees/households recently received a letter from SilverScript notifying them that they will be disenrolled at the end of the month/year. Although SilverScript did not notify our office prior to sending the letter, this disenrollment notice effective 12/31/23 is expected because it’s a Medicare requirement.

Further, although the SilverScript notice naturally does not mention retirees are being enrolled in our MedImpact/Vibrant Rx prescription drug plan as of 1/1/24, retirees were sent a notice on 10/19/23 notifying them of such. That October mailing and a few other details were also referenced in the Decatur July newsletter. - See Picture

In sum, there’s no cause for alarm or action – retirees (and all members) will be automatically transitioned to the new MedImpact/Vibrant Rx plan for 2024.

Incidentally, the MedImpact/Vibrant Rx welcome kits with cards will be arriving to all Participant households within the next couple weeks.
