Frank Mrvan is looking for the trades help on the following day in Michigan City. Mrvan is looking to get boots on the ground Sunday July 24,2022 to help knock doors and get his message out in Michigan City, he has strong opposition in November that the RNC is funneling loads of money to try and oust him. Mrvan is a strong supporter of the Union building trades, and has helped bring millions of dollars to NWI for good paying construction jobs. We need to help Mrvan any way we can to insure we get him re-elected in November to show Mrvan that the union trades fully support him in his re-election. Due to redistricting Mrvan isn’t very well known yet in Laporte County and has a lot of work to do to get his message out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

      Brothers and Sisters,

Union members worked together across the labor movement to win many important victories for working people last year. Across the movement, working people secured historic funding and investment in our nation’s infrastructure, protected thousands of jobs, helped striking workers secure better contracts and unleashed a wave of union organizing. We kept our country moving forward through a global pandemic.

But there’s still so much we can do together. Passing pro-worker laws will strengthen us at the bargaining table so we can care for ourselves and our families.

Union members need to be talking to each other about the issues so we can work together to advance our shared agenda. That’s why the AFL-CIO is surveying union members nationwide, asking: “What do you care about?”

Click the survey link below, and together we can improve the lives of working people across the country!

The INSIDE and RESIDENTIAL wage survey was recently mailed to each member. Please fill this out and send in ASAP. We need these in by May 5th. Since the mail can sometimes be unreliable, you can fill it out, take a picture, and email the picture to info@ibewlocal531.org. Please write your name on the top of the survey as well. You can also call the hall and let us know how you would like the money allocated. Have a great weekend.
